I am on free trial. Will I be charged later?

No. Once the trial period ends, you will be on the Free Limited plan. You will not be charged.

I am getting an error "Unable to retrieve purchase options, error: The device or user is not allowed to make the purchase.". what should I do?

This is normally due to the Google play store account used to download the app does not have the payment set up. You can go to google's site to confirm your account status.

I have two android devices, I use one as primary and the other one as backup. Can I use the same subscription?

Yes, choose "restore" purchase will allow transfer the plan between the devices when you need to. There is no limit on the number of allowed transfers.

Which sports are supported?

Football (Soccer in the US), Basketball, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Rugby. You may also create your own sport!

We have multiple coaches for the same team, can we share the same team data?

Yes, you can! The coach that created the team will automatically be a team admin and could upload the team to cloud storage and share with fellow coaches. Team information including lineups, custom formation ( player pictures not included right now) and game history are shared.

I am switching to a new phone, how can I move the data over?

Android and iOS cannot reliably transfer app data reliably using the standard device data transfer process. You need to upload a your user data to cloud and restore with your app user id.

I forgot to enter a goal. can I add it later?

Yes, you may add it during the game, or in the game summary events after the game finished.

I have gmail/outlook installed on my iphone but the share via email feature is not working.

On iphone, ios forces the app to use the native "Mail" app regardless of which app is set as default mail app. Here is the instruction to set it up. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201320

Can I export the data into excel?

Yes, you may use the share icon to send the stats as an email attachment.

Can I change the number of players on the field?

You may click on the formation in the game screen and choose a formation of the number of players you need .

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the subscription screen following either Google Play or Apple App Store's policy.

I am not happy with the purchase and would like a refund.

I have subscribed to the standard plan but the app is still showing limited. What should I do?

There could be a lag for the app to retrieve the latest billing status. To retrieve your subscription, please click on "restore purchase" in the subscription screen.

I would like to delete all my record in the app
